Since 1970 United, Camps, Conferences, and Retreats has successfully managed and operated camp, conference, and retreat facilities throughout Northern California. UCCR provides an onsite professional to manage staff, provide oversight of regulatory and compliance, oversight of food service, maintenance, property management, and project management of your facility. The marketing and reservations department will increase use of your facility while still allowing you to use the facility for your programs. In addition to being supported by the marketing and reservations department, UCCR also provides oversight in human resource, finance/accounting, and project management. They are experienced in all phases of site construction and natural resource management, as well as what we term, "rescue" for those facilities that require a bit more planning before offering to user groups.

Location Description:
The Hoberg's Resort is located on 55 pine studded acres 100 miles North of San Francisco in the Pacific coastal mountains. With national forest on one side, an 18-hole golf course on the other and Lake Clearlake nearby, the property is private and well protected from development. A 3-story stone and wood frame central building contains nearly 30,000 square feet of common resort facilities, including conference halls, auditoriums, and dining halls, as well as offices and guest rooms. Two 2-story wood frame motel buildings offer 16 guest rooms each. In addition there are 8 large wood frame cabins with 3-8 units each, 102 single-unit wood frame cabins, two residential dwellings, and numerous out buildings. The entire 115-building complex sits on 55 acres of mature pines and wide meadows dotted with wild flowers.

This extensive site is permitted for 300 overnight guests, with space for far more on a daily basis. To meet the needs of all types of groups year-round, accommodations range from private rooms and winterized cabins to camp-sites equipped with teepees and large canvas tents. There is ample parking space – including for buses and RV's. !
